For mom to live, that is the one gift they asked for Christmas

There are no official figures on exactly how many pregnant women in Hungary are being oxygenated, how many are on ventilators, or how many caesarean sections have been performed to save the life of the foetus and the mother infected with coronavirus. Nor is there any information on how many expecting mothers have died so far, but pregnancy appears from time to time among the underlying diseases on the list of COVID-related deaths. One of the victims was Erika, Gábor Biszak’s wife, thirty-one weeks pregnant with their third child, who was saved by caesarean section last spring. Nimród, Johanna and Boróka are now going to grow up without a mother and the older ones are trying to cope in their own ways.
